What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure, usually no more than 3000 psi, to clean concrete(if more than 5-6 years old) aned other hard ground surfaces like brick pavers, travertine, etc.
Soft washing uses low pressure along with a cleaning solution, which is an industry standard algaecide that effectively kills the organic growth, mold, mildew, or algae.
How do I prepare my home before the pressure washing service?
To help us deliver the best results, please remove any outdoor furniture, decorations, and vehicles from the areas we'll be cleaning. Closing all windows and doors is important to prevent water from getting inside.
Do I need to be home when you do the work?
No- as long as we have access to the areas we'll be cleaning and a working outdoor water spigot, you dont need to be home. We'll send before and after photos if you're away.
